Just out of curiosity today (3/5/10) I searched for single family detached homes in 92056, Oceanside for under 400k. Here are the numbers:
40 Actives (including short sales)
53 Pending
47 Contingent (Properties with an accepted offer from the seller that are awaiting lender approval or bank owned that still have paperwork that needs to be completed.)
Now this is for under $400k in 92056 Oceanside. The numbers get scarier when I go to $250k.
