San Diego Real Estate Market Trends and Absorbtion Rate August 2010
The newest San Diego market trend chart is out. Of course, this is open to interpretation. There are viewpoints coming from both sides right now (of course there always has been). Fortunately all speculators have a 50% chance of being right. The only challenge with this specific chart is that it is for all of San Diego County, and as we’ve discussed in the past San Diego County has a multitude of micro-markets. So to properly evaluate the specifc type of home that you may be looking for we would need to narrow our focus including the specifc area and price range.
