Steve Scheckner’s focus as a North County and Carlsbad REALTOR ® is to cater to the buyers and sellers that are using the Internet as a tool to find their ideal home or to sell their current home.

Steve grew up in Sarasota, FL and graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Communications.  Before getting into real estate he managed television-marketing campaigns for a New York Times company in Florida.  Later he started working in TV production for networks such as: ABC, NBC, ESPN, and Fox.   He then started working on independent projects for direct marketing via television and the Internet, which allowed him to gain a wealth of knowledge in implementing effective marketing.

He now manages Team 73° North County.  Specializing in Carlsbad homes, Encinitas real estate, Solana Beach homes for sale and Oceanside water front homes.   In addition to North County his team covers all of San Diego County, including Downtown San Diego.
